Pull on your wellies, round up the family and join us on the farm for a weekend full of cooking, growing, relaxing and (most importantly) eating, at the River Cottage Spring Food Fair.
Rachel de Thample trained as a journalist and also worked in the kitchens of Marco Pierre White and Heston Blumenthal before becoming a food writer. She was Head of Food for the organic food box scheme Abel & Cole, and currently teaches preserving at River Cottage HQ and a wild food cookery course at Made in Hackney. She is a contributing editor at both Locavore magazine and the Green Guide. She has previously written two books, Less Meat More Veg (Kyle Books) and Five (Ebury Press).
Oliver Gladwin, together with his brothers Richard and Gregory, runs The Shed and Rabbit restaurants in Notting Hill and King’s Road, London. Rebecca Sullivan is an eco-agronomist, activist, food writer, urban farmer, entrepreneur and home cook. She is passionate about heritage, preserving traditions, and passing on a wealth of ‘granny skills’ to future generations.
