Andrea Stewart

Andrea trained as a chef at Stratford Chefs School and worked in kitchens in Toronto and New York. She was Food Director for three of Canada’s largest lifestyle magazines and is the author of Market to Table.

In the UK, she has worked with Sainsbury’s, Le Cordon Bleu and Individual Restaurants. She has her own consultancy, Ingredients Matter, to help others realise their food and beverage dreams.
