GLOSSARY

When the ingredients are listed consecutively with a specific measurement to start and commas separating the ingredients, use that specific measurement for each of the ingredients listed, eg., ‘Mix 2T smkd paprika, lemzest, olv oil’ means ‘2 tablespoons’ of each smoked paprika, lemon zest and olive oil, not a combined total of 2 tablespoons. When garlic is mentioned, unless specified otherwise, it refers to finely chopped garlic. Herbs are always fresh unless otherwise stated. ‘Serves 1, 2 or many’ means that you can multiply the recipe to serve however many people you want. Below are the short forms used in the recipes.
